An old friend.  Both my scooters are still running.  The oldest, purchased in 1993 and the newest purchased around the end of the "90's" have been a blessing for me.  Thank you Ranger.   I've given a friend from Illinois the information of your web site because he is now coming into a need for mobility assistance and maybe the Ranger will become his scooter of preference.

My new Ranger All Season Corporation "Freedom" scooter really changed my life.  I have two bad hips and a bad heart.  My wife and I camp, and my new scooter will be very beneficial in allowing me to get around.  The "Freedom" scooter will truly give me more freedom in my life.

We are very pleased with the Ranger Safari Scooter – it’s maneuverability is excellent, just what is needed around school and around shops, and it was well worth us getting Ranger scooter rather than a cheaper alternative for the ease with which I can break it down and put it in the back of our station wagon multiple times a day.   (I’m only 86 lbs, so small liftable parts are key!).

I just purchased your Safari Ltd scooter.  I am pleased with your scooter; especially given my prior scooter after ten years was all worn out.  I have found several design improvements on the Safari Ltd in comparison to my old scooter that are very beneficial; on board charger, headlight, and a much better tiller lock (easier to operate).

We wanted to get a good scooter for my Dad, but were afraid he might take offense since he is very independent and hates feeling like an invalid.

The Ranger Safari scooter, though, was a Hit!  Its sporty design and ease of use are just perfect for him.  We made a trip to a nearby lake over the weekend, and it not only handle beautifully on the paved pathways, but on the grassy areas as well.  My husband and I were amazed, and grateful, at how easy it is to take apart and reassemble for transport.  Two of my brothers and their families visited over the weekend and were all fascinated with the scooter.

Next weekend we plan to take my folks to the shore and Dad’s already looking forward to riding on the Ocean City, NJ boardwalk.  Until then, this week he’ll use it to walk the dog and visit with our neighbors.

Yesterday I took delivery on my Heavy Duty Solo scooter.  I wish to tell you how pleased I am with the scooter.  The fact that my weight is in excess of 300 pounds I knew I had to find a scooter that could carry me.

The Solo does this without effort.  I now am able to once again roam the shopping malls with my wife, browse the giant flea markets, and see all the things at the Iowa State Fair.  When I became disabled and found myself unable to walk any distance, I thought I would never again be able to do these things.

The Solo has given me a new lease on life and my wife and I can once again enjoy doing the things we love.

We’re having a ball with our new Solo scooter.  We just visited the Luray Caverns in Luray, VA and Esther used the scooter in the caverns.

When we started in the security guard expressed concern about “Any of those little scooters” getting around the entire 1.2 miles of wet and sometime Very Steep slopes.

Esther had no problem at all.  Even the guard was impressed.  Some of the “Other Brands” can’t climb up or hold back on the down slopes.

Now we are off to see if it can climb Mt. Rushmore SD.

I am writing to Ranger to pass on an experience that has made me an even more avid Ranger Solo fan.

As you know New Orleans is famous for partying and having a good time.  I was at one of my favorite bars, and before my roommate and I realized the time (12 a.m.), the local bus service had stopped running.  So, I decided to put your advertised range of my scooter to the test.  It is about 10 miles to my home from the bar, and it was 12:25 a.m. in the morning.  With much prayer that I would not be mugged on the way and that the batteries would hold out, we started out.  I made it to my home at 1:45 a.m., with enough power to ascend two steep ramps.

I am grateful that you have engineered a scooter that can get the physically challenged person out of a tough and potentially dangerous situation.

I just ordered a Solo Ltd scooter for my wife. My buying experience was excellent.  I went to Able Care Supply located in Passaic, N.J.  We were favoring the Amigo RD scooter and went to Able Care Supply because they were the nearest Amigo retailer. "Ben" the owner/salesperson showed us the Amigo RD and the Solo Ltd.  My wife and I compared both scooters and the Solo Ltd wound up the winner.

We would have needed a new car to transport the Amigo RD because of suspension problems. Our largest car is a Pontiac Grand Prix "GT" model and has struts instead of shocks.  We found the car can't support the weight of a hitch, carrier and an assembled Amigo RD scooter.  "Ben" disassembled and packed the entire Solo Ltd scooter in the trunk of my Pontiac!  The drivability and features of both scooters were evenly matched.  Please keep me informed about any new Ranger product information.

My wife's Safari scooter has bad front wheel bearings. May I purchase them from you or where is the nearest dealer to us in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area.  Thank you in advance for your assistance.

P.S.  This is the 1st problem we have had in 8-9 years. It is a fine piece of equipment.

I LOVE my scooter. It has given me a life back again!

I bought my scooter at Lang Medical supply in Buffalo Grove and they are awesome to do business with. The people are so nice, informative and helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with them and your company.
